A 30% Deposit is required within 15 days of the confirmation date to reserve an RV lot.
The balance is due upon arrival. A cancellation Notice of more than 60 days prior to arrival is required. Your prepayment will be refunded less a 15% processing fee. (minimum $50)
Storage of tow trailers, dollies or boats on any lot is stricktly prohibited. An additional storage cost for tow trailer, boats, etc. is $25 per week or $80 per month, plus 6% tax. Rentals for 6 months or less are subject to 6% Florida state sales tax and 4% county tax.
Please note: All RV's must be 25 feet or longer - Two pets per site only
